Durham’s Coca-Cola Plant: Now “Westside Bottling”
The iconic bottling warehouse is officially history. Ground has broken on a $200M mixed-use development that includes:
- 370 apartments + 35 townhomes
- Sprouts Farmers Market + Shake Shack
- 70,000 sq ft of retail, already 70% leased
- First move-ins expected by late 2026
Located on Hillsborough Rd in North Durham, with full buildout expected by Q2 2027.
South Creek in Chapel Hill
Chapel Hill is getting a major new mixed-use hub:
- 320 apartments + 60 townhomes
- New hotel + retail + greenway access
- Steps from I-40, near Wegmans
- Groundbreaking planned for 2025
